Registration  fees and payment in South African rand (ZAR)

Registration fees are indicated on the registration form and are to be paid in advance in order to guarantee your place at the congress.

IMPORTANT – on registering the delegate will automatically receive a confirmation and invoice with the bank details

Payment for registration can be made by

(a) credit card (online) or

  • Please inform your bank of the amount you have authorised APRASSA to debit your credit card to ensure they release the funds.
  • Refresh your browser if you experience difficulty when making a credit card payment.

(b) EFT / bank transfer.

  • Proof of payment must be sent to the Conference Organisers (deidre@iafrica.com) for the registration to be processed.
  • Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid by using the Invoice number as reference when making the EFT/bank transfer. Failure to do so could result in your payment not found and your registration not confirmed.

Cancellation policy

  • Please note that neither ISMAR12, IAH-SA or Conferences et al (event organiser), is responsible for cancellation of attendance at the symposium for any personal reasons, and no exceptions to the refund policies given below will be made.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Conference Organiser (Conferences et al) in writing.

Refunds policy

  • For cancellations received prior to 1 December 2024, the full registration fee will be refunded less an administration fees of ZAR500.00.
  • From 2 December 2024 registrations will be considered final and no refunds will be made.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the Symposium

Terms and conditions

  • Bank fees for the delegates own
  • An automated invoice is generated using the address details provided.
  • Please ensure that the correct information is provided for the invoice when registering.
  • Once the invoice is issued we are unable to make any changes.

Privacy clause

Information collected in respect of the proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for the purposes of planning the symposium. It will also be used to produce an attendee list including Delegates’ and registered exhibitor staff member details. Please notify the Conference Organiser should you wish to have your details omitted from the delegate list.

The host of this event, ISMAR 12, the sponsors, the Conference Organisers, Conferences et al, the venue – The Protea Hotel Technopark Hotel, and the service providers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, injury or death for the duration of the symposium or arrangements made on behalf of symposium attendees, for activities before or after the symposium.
